Form 720

Tax form 720 is an informative  declaration of overseas assets that a Spanish resident holds outside of Spain. This form does not require any payment, it is just informative.

You have to declare the following:

 

1. Overseas Bank accounts held abroad

2. Securities, collective investment schemes, life insurance and annuities, managed or obtained abroad

3. Real estate owned abroad.

 

Not everyone that have assets abroad is obliged to submit this form, there are some limits that apply in order to be exempted to present it. Our team will carefully analyse your situation to determine whether you are obliged to present form 720.

If you are embraced by the Special Expats' Regime (Beckham Law), there is no obligation to submit this form.
